The Opportunity:
A unique opportunity to work on one of Hays’ largest Total Talent Accounts, delivering high-quality Management Information (MI) and comprehensive analysis.
This role involves adhering to an agreed Internal and Client Management Information Schedule, ensuring that all data produced is accurate, clear, and actionable. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed reports and presentations using advanced tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software. They will work closely with both internal teams and clients to understand their needs, resolve queries, and provide insightful data that supports decision-making processes. Additionally, the role includes continuous improvement of data processes, supporting automation projects, and ensuring that all activities align with the company's values and standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Process Efficiency: Produce quality MI for clients and internal management, ensuring timely and accurate MI production using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools. Support team members, handle queries, and lead automation projects. Develop new reports and achieve process improvements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with MI/BI teams and stakeholders, transition new reports, and handle ad hoc requests from Hays and client management teams.
Targets, KPI’s, SLA’s: Meet and exceed targets and KPI’s, ensuring performance aligns with the MI Schedule and expectations.

What you will need to Succeed:
Essential:
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
* MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of 3SS application.
* 1-2 years of relevant experience.
