The Role
The E-Commerce Executive will sit at the intersection of e-commerce and marketing, ensuring products are beautifully presented, optimised for conversion, and seamlessly managed across direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms and marketplaces. From maintaining product catalogues to coordinating digital assets and enhancing the customer journey, this role plays a vital part in online brand success.
Key Responsibilities
π Catalogue & Asset Management β Maintain and optimise product listings across DTC and marketplaces like Amazon & Shopify
πΈ Content Coordination β Work with marketing to source, organise, and execute digital assets, ensuring brand consistency
π Storefront Updates & Merchandising β Enhance product visibility and user experience to drive conversions
π Performance & Optimisation β Implement best practices for digital merchandising and SEO
π Content & Workflow Management β Oversee content calendars, ensuring assets are delivered on time for campaigns
What Weβre Looking For
β
1+ years of e-commerce experience (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
β
Strong knowledge of catalogue management, asset organisation & merchandising on platforms like Amazon or Shopify
β
Digital merchandising experience β understanding how content and design impact conversions
β
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
β
Collaborative mindset β ability to work across teams (e-commerce, marketing, and design)
Bonus Skills
β Experience with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and SEO best practices
β Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and online retail promotions
