Your new role
In this stand-alone role you will work closely with the Directors to assist and support the company's growth plans and foster a positive workplace culture by managing recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities. You will oversee all aspects of HR management, ensuring policy adherence and compliance with employment laws and will be responsible for implementing new practices to aid efficient scaling and contribute to the company's exciting expansion plans.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job descriptions, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Employee Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding, paperwork, orientation, and training for new employees.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and review HR policies to ensure compliance and drive performance.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee matters, foster positive relations, and mediate conflicts.
Learning & Development: Implement training policies, identify needs, and manage training records.
