We have a new opportunity to be part of our HR team in the role of Learning & Development Specialist.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing training and learning needs, ensuring that relevant programmes and individual requirements are supported. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement learning solutions that align with organizational goals and foster professional growth within the company.
You will be responsible for:
1. Partnering with project managers, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders to analyse training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
2. Serving as a trusted learning advisor, guiding the business towards effective learning and development strategies.
3. Designing engaging and interactive training materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, SME-led training, and other multimedia resources.
4. Developing creative and visually appealing instructional materials that align with learning objectives.
5. Collaborating with L&D team members and external providers to design and deploy effective learning solutions.
6. Expertly facilitating learning sessions both in-person and virtually.
7. Assessing and continuously improving training programs based on evaluation and feedback.
