An outline of the role is as follows: Overseeing daily triage meetings across both services and completing triage contacts for complex cases. Being able to work flexibly according to the needs of the service. Providing clinical leadership and clinical supervision to practitioners completing triage and assessment contacts. Undertaking initial urgent/routine assessments on behalf of the service Chairing and leading multi-disciplinary team meetings with our Consultant Psychiatrists, Nurse Consultants, Clinical Team Managers, Senior Practitioners, Assistant Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals including Consultant Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Associate Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists Attending outpatient clinic appointments Undertaking face to face visits in the community setting including home visits Working in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders and attending multi-agency meetings where appropriate.
