INTERNAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR
WEDNESBURY - HYBRID
UPTO £30,000 + BONUS + GREAT BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are working on behalf of a highly reputable business who due to growth are seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team. As the Internal Sales Administrator you will be responsible for driving growth and new business.
THE ROLE:
* Building a strong understanding of the structure of each client, all potential contacts and decision makers and keeping in regular contact with them.
* Identifying opportunities for additional sales.
* Managing a fast paced sales pipeline of regular spending clients.
* Daily processing of orders for existing and new clients.
* Handling queries from clients and liaising with colleagues to ensure any queries are responded to promptly.
* Stay up to date with new product launches, product specifications and product information.
* Maintaining and updating the company database.
* Answer phone calls when needs be to assist with any customer enquiries.
* Responding to customer enquiries via email.
* Work closely with and provide general administrative support to the customer service department as needed.
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience within a Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Admin, Internal Sales Executive or similar role.
* Outgoing, positive and driven individual who is confident to make outbound calls to clients
* Excellent communication skills and have the ability to adapt your approach to the client
* Highly motivated individual who is hungry to join a market leader and rapidly expand with the business
* Experience working in a B2B environment.
* A good telephone manner is a must and should be comfortable and confident answering calls and dealing with customer queries.
* Superb Microsoft Office skills and great typing skills.
