Job Description
* Develop and Implement a Global Sales Strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
* Lead, mentor and manage a NAM/SNAM's to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Drive revenue growth through new market penetration, existing market expansion and optimisation of sales process
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across international markets
* Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities
* Foster a culture of high performance, motivation and continuous improvement within the sales team
The Successful Applicant
* Proven sales experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational FMCG Environment
* Strong track record of developing and executing international sales strategies and achieving revenue growth
* Demonstrated ability to manage and lead high-performing sales team
* Experience across high street and grocery retailers
