If so, we want to hear from you About the Role We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Paint Technician to join our team at Komoo, based at Bristol Airport. You’ll be working on a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, ensuring top-quality repairs and finishes. Your responsibilities will include: Surface preparation – cleaning, sanding, and masking as required. Paint mixing and application – ensuring a perfect color match using spray guns and other equipment. Spray booth operation – running and maintaining the booth to ensure high-quality results. Panel and MET work – experience in these areas is beneficial. Quality control – ensuring all work meets customer and industry standards. Team collaboration – working closely with colleagues to meet deadlines. Health & safety – maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. About You We are looking for candidates with the following: Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, Prep Technician, or similar role. Panel and MET experience is helpful but not essential. Experience working with electric and hybrid vehicles is a plus. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and spray equipment. An eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. ATA/NVQ qualifications are preferred but not essential – we can support with renewal if required.
