OAccept referrals via agreed protocols within the service. oAssess clients for suitability for psychological intervention.
oFormulate, implement, and evaluate therapy programmes for clients. oAdhere to a mutually agreeable activity contract relating to the number of client contacts offered, and clinical sessions carried out per week to minimise waiting times and ensure treatment delivery remains accessible and convenient, in line with both Local, National and Service targets.
oSupervise our small team of HIT therapists with a supervision framework focused on case management and supervision.oAttend operational and clinical meetings with our commissioners.
oProvide operational support in terms of monitoring service performance to include against KPI's such as national recovery rates.
oBe involved in the development of training material for our Clinical Academy / CPD development for our team.oComplete all requirements relating to data collection within the service.
oKeep coherent records of all clinical activity and supervision in line with service protocols. oWork closely with other wider teams and staff ensuring appropriate step-up and step-down arrangements are in place to maintain a stepped care approach.
oTo undertake risk assessment and risk management and, where appropriate, identifying patients whose safety needs might need to be escalated / managed in a time sensitive manner., Utilising well developed specialist skills in assessment and psychological therapies, you will work with our clients to assess the suitability of psychological interventions as well as formulate, implement, and evaluate therapy programmes for them., Working within a dynamic group of clinicians and supporting service colleagues you will learn from and with them and be proud when you inspire and develop others from your expertise too.
You will provide high quality clinical and case management supervision.We are looking for well-organised and experienced High Intensity Therapist, to deliver quality clinical sessions to clients and patients whilst keeping up to date with advances in psychological therapies.
You will have a sound knowledge of associated issues facing client groups, NICE and approved clinical interventions within a Talking Therapies programme or similar.,
* Worked in a service where agreed targets were in place demonstrating clinical outcomes. -Evidence of working in the local community.
* Experience of developing and delivering therapeutic group work. -Experience of growing services or winning new contracts - be that through bid writing or business development work.
