A Microsoft partnered MSP in Hertfordshire are looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their team, where you will be responsible for supporting IT solutions for a variety of clients. It’s a brilliant opportunity for you to be the first point of contact for a variety of customers, giving you first-hand experience across a breadth of technologies within the Microsoft stack. In return you'll receive training and mentorship, including your exams and certifications funded Your Role: Providing 1st line support to a variety of clients, being the first point of contact for any technical issues. Working with clients to provide both remote and on-site solutions, adhering to multiple SLAs. Maintaining a knowledge base for a variety of tech issues Working in conjunction with senior engineers on any tickets which require escalation Your Profile: Previous experience providing IT support Exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills Experience of administering and supporting the latest Microsoft technologies Strong troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office issues (2003 and onwards) The ability to build, configure, administer and support all versions of Windows desktops Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS with an active interest in other networking services Evidence of continued professional development If you want to take your career to the next level and be part of a vibrant, growing, technical team APPLY NOW
