Overview:
A fast-growing beauty and wellness brand is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior National Account Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling revenue across both the UK and international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in health and beauty sales and a proven ability to manage both domestic and international accounts.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the complete sales process across domestic and overseas markets, including lead generation, presentations, deal negotiations, and closing.
* Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of key clients including high-street retailers, distributors, and digital commerce partners.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence regionally and globally.
* Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers such as category buyers and retail directors.
* Partner closely with internal departments, marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment on market-specific initiatives and launches.
* Design and deliver market-appropriate sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional proposals.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights across varied regions.
* Represent the brand at key UK and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and meetings.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records for local and international accounts.
You Are:
* At least 5 years’ experience in sales or key account management within beauty, wellness, or personal care industries.
* A strong background in growing revenues and maintaining strategic partnerships in both the UK and international markets.
* A well-established network of industry contacts across major retailers, online platforms, distributors, or salon networks.
* Deep understanding of global market dynamics in the beauty and personal care space, including regional consumer behaviour and compliance considerations.
* Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross cultural contexts.
* Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to navigate diverse business environments and time zones.
* Proficient in CRM tools and data-informed sales planning.
* Additional languages are a plus but not essential.
