We require a Vice Principal to join Earl Mortimer College. You will be joining our team of creative, supportive and dynamic staff.

The core purpose of the job is to:
1. Contribute to the leadership of the school, assisting the Principal to secure its success and improvement.
2. Manage the day-to-day operation of the school and ensure all students will benefit from high quality education.
3. Create and implement a shared vision for school development.
4. Contribute to work within the wider school community to ensure agreed objectives and operational plans promote and sustain school improvement.
5. Motivate and work with others to develop a shared culture and positive climate with a focus upon collaboration and partnership working.
6. Assist in the strategic planning process, taking into account the diversity, values and experience of the school and community.
7. To deputise in the absence of the Principal, as required.
