Role and Experience Level
My client are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experience Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4+ years of PQE. This role is integral to the Private Client team, the firm's largest department, known for delivering high-quality support in areas such as Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Tax Planning. You'll bring solid expertise in Private Client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Elderly Client issues, contributing to the firm's outstanding reputation in this space.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle a diverse caseload of wills, trusts, probate, and estates, from complex to more modest matters.
* Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney, handle Inheritance Tax planning, and manage all aspects of the administration of estates.
* Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth, transparent progress on all matters.
* Uphold excellent client care and adhere to the firm's high standards of accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate within the team, offering support where needed and contributing to the overall success of the department.
