What are VioVet looking for?
1. Experience as a buyer or equestrian account manager
2. Knowledge of the Equine market
3. Strong commercial experience with proven track record of delivery of budgets and ability to manage multiple KPI’s at once
4. Ability to analyse complex sets of data
5. Self-motivated, organized with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
6. Highly organised, able to work well under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Proactive and able to use your initiative
9. Able to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
10. Proficiency in using retail software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring key performance metrics relating to the overall category performance are measured closely and achieved, including sales and margin performance
2. Manage supplier performance, identifying potential new suppliers, and support to build long term supplier relationships
3. Analysis of data to understand performance and opportunities
4. Conduct regular market and pricing reviews
5. Negotiate with suppliers to agree and deliver joint business plans for your category
6. Work with the supply chain team to ensure best-in-class availability, helping get products to customers on time
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a successful strategy for the category
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: up to £35,000.00 per year depending on experience
