We are looking to recruit an ICT Service Delivery Officer to join our Customer Contact service.

Provide service delivery and technical coordination for the ICT service.
About the candidate
Whilst previous experience is useful, it is not essential. Applications from candidates with little or no experience are welcomed. We will ensure you have all the training and support you need to confidently undertake the role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic officer to join our busy ICT support team to support councillors, council staff, and schools across Ceredigion and Powys. Previous experience of ICT support and a good understanding of networks and IT systems would be desired; however, full training and support will be provided.
The successful applicant must be polite and approachable, with good logical and creative skills to support and develop processes. The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh and English is essential. Due to the requirements of the role, the successful candidate must have a level of Welsh fluency on appointment.

Customer Contact & ICT. Our service has a range of responsibilities from providing advice and support to the residents of Ceredigion to providing corporate support via our ICT, reception, and mailroom teams. Our service is responsible for the following functions:
* Civil Registration: Births, deaths, and marriages.
* Corporate Customer Services: Blue badge; Contact centre; Mailroom and scanning; Receptions.
* ICT and Information Management: Archives and modern records; ICT support; Infrastructure and security; Project and application support; Reprographics; Technical support; Software development.
* Library Services
