The Nature of the role
As a Lead Process Engineer at Katoni, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization as a leading EPC provider in the Oil & Gas industry. Your responsibilities encompass producing, reviewing, commenting on, and accepting proposals, calculations, specifications, and drawings, ensuring adherence to Katoni’s project execution plan and policies for Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental protection.
In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and explore future opportunities for Katoni to provide support. With your extensive experience, you will work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of resourcing, supporting, and developing your team. Additionally, you will spend time both in and out of the office, building strong relationships within your network and contributing to the development of both your personal brand and Katoni's reputation.
Your role involves coordinating the outputs and deliverables of your respective engineering discipline during both bidding and execution phases, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions are provided. You will work closely with other Lead Engineering Specialists and the Engineering Manager to ensure the division operates at an exceptional level. Engagement with and use of our Quality Management system will be vital in this role and demonstrate a commercial mindset to drive business growth.
