Job Description We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven Marketing Manager who lives, eats and breathes YouTube advertising. This position will be based in London. So what’s the role? This is an all-round, hands-on performance marketing role — you’ll be building, scaling, and executing YouTube and programmatic campaigns, using your strategic, data analytics and creative skills to efficiently optimise multiple accounts and drive growth globally. You will have a comprehensive understanding of Google Ads and YouTube’s advertising solutions, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement insightful strategies that address and solve complex business needs Manage large-scale projects and ensure timely delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the best in-class YouTube campaigns for any stage of the funnel Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimise ad spend and improve ROI Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube Ads features and best practices Own global YouTube campaign performance in line with growth goals Evaluate creative performance and work with our Creative team to produce best-in-class ad content to get the Wise story out there Improve campaign efficiency, owning the A/B testing process across landing pages, creatives, ad copy and more. Creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, along with contributing to wider team-based plans, presentations, and updates. Make full use of automation solutions available, implementing processes and practices that maximise operational efficiencies whilst identifying opportunities for process improvement, and providing recommendations. Work closely with analysts to spot issues with data as well as opportunities to improve campaign performance Work with other Performance Marketing channels to share insights and learnings to help maximise performance of campaigns and potentially uncover new opportunities.
