We are seeking an energetic and proactive Office & Facilities Coordinator to join the head office of a renowned luxury fashion brand, situated in the heart of London. This pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of a vibrant workplace, combining exceptional organisational skills with a flair for coordination and discretion.
Your Role:
As the first point of contact for visitors and general enquiries, you will be a friendly and professional point person. Beyond this, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the office, coordinating building changes and ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees, making them feel welcome and prepared.
* Organise travel arrangements for the team both international and national.
* Plan and deliver memorable events for both clients and employees.
* Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects, operational duties, and special initiatives.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
* A natural self starter
* Previous facilities experience as well as experience of supporting senior leadership teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
* A meticulous eye for detail, strong multitasking ability, and the capacity to think independently.
* Discretion, professionalism, and a warm, approachable demeanour.
