Sales Administrator
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Type: Permanent
ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a luxury manufacturing family run business on a permanent basis.
You will be required to manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, ensuring forecasting and leads and opportunities are up to date and liaising with the Account Managers to ensure all contact details are correct.
The Role:
* Weekly attendance at packing schedule meeting
* Regular monitoring and review of production schedule with workshop management
* Provide input to sales team on client proposals, attending the weekly sales meeting.
* Overseeing day to day contact with key clients, managing major projects and taking responsibility for client communication.
* Control of key project documents including signed sales order confirmation, official signed artwork and product designs, and other supporting documents
* Liaison with customers and internal staff across the business
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Meticulous eye for detail and process driven, ideally with an understanding of ISO9001.
* Experience ideally in a luxury and/or manufacturing sector, managing high value client relationships, throughout the full lifecycle of a project.
* Strong MS Office system skills (tested) and CRM experience, ideally Sales Force, but not essential. Previous experience of administering a CRM database essential.
