Position: Administrator
Location: Stone
Salary: £23,000
Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
* Update and create product specifications as required
* Request quotes and information from approved suppliers and logistics providers
* Prepare customer quotations and follow up accordingly
* Coordinate hotel, transport, and event bookings for industry activities
* Provide up-to-date sales analysis using our internal database
* Support the sales team with resources for client meetings and visits
* Ensure weekly updates of the product database
* Manage office supplies, including ordering and organising stationery and catering items
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to process and interpret data efficiently and accurately.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with Sage 50 is a plus, though not essential.
* Previous office-based experience is advantageous but not required.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* No specific industry experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
