Job Description:
HSEQ Coordinator
Stoke-on-Trent
Circa £33,000 DOE + 1-2 Days Hybrid working once fully trained + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Auto Enrolment Pension.
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Flexibility on hours can be discussed).
HSEQ Coordinator required for a Global international manufacturer, offering a role with great benefits, variety, and stability.
The successful HR HSEQ Coordinator will need experience of HSEQ in a manufacturing or similar environment and be internal and/or lead auditor trained or equivalent.
The HSEQ Coordinator Role:
1. Ensuring the maintenance of all external certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D & GMP.
2. Ability to host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections over all management systems.
3. Supporting departmental managers in the creation and maintenance of process definitions and work instructions.
4. Completing internal audits for the management system.
5. Participation in meetings related to the management systems and site activities to include taking and reporting meeting minutes.
6. Completing KPI trend analysis.
7. Investigating customer complaints.
8. Continuous improvement projects to achieve management system strategic goals.
The Successful HSEQ Coordinator:
9. Previous HSEQ experience from Manufacturing or from a similar environment.
10. You will have strong administrative skills, particularly using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
11. You will be internal, or lead auditor trained or equivalent.
