I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a project manager to help deliver a new infrastructure and civils scheme being delivered in Essex. My client operates heavily across the East of England delivering projects predominantly within the infrastructure and transport sector.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
1. Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.
2. Managing program.
3. Lead and manage project teams.
4. Liaising with the client.
5. Ensure production and implementation of project plans.
6. Detailed site diaries and record keeping.
7. Report risks and opportunities to senior management team.
8. Manage health and safety.
9. Produce procurement plans and liaise with the procurement department.
Project Manager Requirements:
1. Right to work in the UK.
2. CSCS card.
3. SMSTS.
4. IT literate - Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook.
5. Proven experience in a project manager role.
6. Experience working within highways, civils or earthworks.
7. Full UK driving licence.
