Depot ManagerPertemps are currently recruiting for a Depot Manager to join a leading organisation based in Thame, Oxfordshire. You will be required to work across two sites in Thame and Eynsham.Responsibilities as a Depot Manager:- Manage approximately 30 Staff members in Thame- Oversee a team of approximately 20 at Eynsham- Customer-facing duties, providing an excellent service to customers- Ensure site security and infrastructure at Thame- Being point of contact for both sites across operational hours- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed- Lead productivity and safety initiatives- Participating in management meetings via team- Occasionally travelling to other sites as and when needed.Requirements:- Full UK Driving licence- Experience in line management or production management in an industrial setting- Trade union experience is preferable- NEBOSH qualification is preferred- Self sufficient- Excellent leadership and people management skillsThe Depot Manager Role:- Working across two sites - Thame & Eynsham- £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience- Private Healthcare- Generous pension contribution scheme- 33 days annual leave- Company car or car allowanceIf you are interested in this Depot Manager position, please apply with an up to date CV or give Jemma a call at Pertemps.
