Our client, a leading name in the insurance market, is seeking a Claims Team Manager to oversee a high-performing team in their Professional & Financial lines division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced claims professional with leadership skills to push the team forward!
Key Responsibilities
As the Claims Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of six Senior Claim Professionals, ensuring high standards of service delivery in areas such as Professional Indemnity (PI), Directors & Officers (D&O), Financial Institutions (FI), and Transactional Liability claims.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
* Acting as a referral point for large loss claims
* Using data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and team performance.
* Driving claims strategies to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborating with senior leaders and fostering continuous improvement within the claims function.
