The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Corporate Finance Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach in supporting corporate finance transactions and providing high-quality financial services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with business owners and internal corporate finance specialists on buy-side and sell-side assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial analyses for potential acquirers and investors, including both historic and forecast data.
2. Manage data requests, ensuring efficient collation and interpretation of information.
3. Conduct purchaser research as part of sell-side assignments to identify suitable buyers.
4. Support the collation and presentation of financial data during the due diligence phase of transactions.
5. Coordinate the project management aspects of transactions, ensuring timely and effective execution.
6. Contribute to in-depth commercial investigations of client businesses, focusing on market sentiment, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
7. Degree-qualified with ACA or ACCA accreditation.
8. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in corporate finance.
9. A foundational understanding of corporate deal structures, transaction processes, and requirements.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in engaging with business owners and corporate finance professionals.
11. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
12. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts.
