Barton Moss Secure Care Centre
We are a 27 bed Secure Care Centre located in Eccles on the outskirts of Salford, Greater Manchester within easy reach of the M60 and wider motorway network.
There are 5 residential units which care for males under the age of 18 years, who are involved in the youth justice system.

Who we are seeking
A dynamic Senior Residential Child Care Worker, who shares our values and who wants to make a difference.
We are looking for applicants who understand the challenges of working in a secure residential care and will strive to achieve the very best outcomes for young people along alongside our multi agency colleagues based in the Centre.
You will need to have extensive experience of working with vulnerable adolescents, who have complex needs, have often experienced childhood trauma, and may present as high risk.
You will need to be highly motivated, with a strong child care background with the ability to effectively lead and inspire staff through the provision of strong, forward thinking and values bases leadership. You will have a high degree of inter-personal skills to work effectively across the centre, wider organisations and external partner agencies.

The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary payments at a rate of £12.38 per month.
