What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your day, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will include supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Chef de Partie or in their absence; take orders from Chef de Parties and give tasks to Commis Chefs and check they are carried out in the correct manner; sample, smell and observe food, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience
* Youll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests special requests and challenges that may arise during the day
