We operate internationally in India, USA, and the UK. All our UK nurseries are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted and are located in London and Windsor. We’re expanding, opening 1-2 new nurseries each year! Our curriculum blends Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, catering to children aged 3 months to 5 years. We believe in a mix of free and structured play, engaging environments, and loving care to build a strong foundation for children’s early years. Role responsibilities
As a Room Leader, you’ll be a passionate ambassador of our values, leading your team to create inspiring learning experiences aligned with the EYFS and Kido curriculum. You’ll oversee your room’s activities, observe and assess children’s progress, and support your team in setting individual goals. You’ll foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity using indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring each child's needs are met with respect to their background and abilities. Effective communication with parents, children, and colleagues is essential.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards, supporting team growth, and celebrating each child's achievements. Your role is key to delivering exceptional early years education and fostering a culture of excellence.
Candidate requirements
* Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification (see https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-qualifications-achieved-in-england)
* Aligned with our core values: Listen, Learn, Lead
* Experience as a Level 3 Educator, preferably as a Room Leader or Deputy
* Right to work in the UK
* Will undergo Safer Recruitment checks, including DBS
