We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader for our client, a large well established facilities management company. The role is based in Blackburn BB2. You will be leading the cleaning team within a Mental Health Unit as well as carrying out cleaning duties at a Hospital in Preston. The general cleaning including mopping, sweeping, sanitation and cleaning toilets. It will be your responsibility to ensure the Cleaning Team Members are following company standards and H&S measures as well as ensure cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards. Ensuring Company equipment is stored, cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. Take responsibility for ensuring a safe system of work & communicating to workers prior to the commence of shifts / activities. You must have experience of supervising a team of cleaners. Cleaning Team Leader role is working Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm and the rates are £12.61 per hour. You must hold a current DBS certificate, or be willing to have one processed.
