Warehouse Operative with FLT experience
Based across 2 sites: Rugby CV21 and Lutterworth LE17
Temp-Perm after 12 weeks for the right person
Monday-Friday either 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00 (42.5 hours per week)
£13.45 per hour
Overtime £20.13 per hour
SolviT Recruitment are currently hiring for an experienced warehouse operative for a friendly, thriving, debt free local business who are looking to expand in 2025.
This is a varied role where you will support all three local sites (Rugby and Lutterworth) therefore you will need to be happy to work in both locations and have your own transport.
Duties will include:
Operating Counterbalance, Reach Truck and Bendi/Flexi (cross training provided)
Loading and unloading
Picking and Packing customer orders
Inbound goods receiving
Shipping duties e.g. printing out labels, filling in paperwork and updating the internal system
General housekeeping & supporting dutiesTo be considered you will have the following skills/experience:
Drivers license & access to your own vehicle.
Happy with a role, which includes manual handling some items (not all) are quite large and heavy.
A CV showing commitment to an employer and longevity.
The ability to work to your own initiative, this is a small and proactive team where you will not be micromanaged.
Experience using at least one of the following: Counterbalance, Bendi and Reach truck (Bendi is preferable but not essential) Most importantly, what do you get in return?
