Exec Recruitment Partner
London, hybrid. Could be based anywhere in the UK with regular travel to London.
£100,000 - £110,000 base plus bonus.
The organisation, whilst headquartered in London has a huge global presence and senior stakeholders spread internationally. The operating model is lean and matrixed, requiring an excellent relationship builder who can operate across multiple jurisdictions.
As the exec search lead, you’d would work closely with selected search firms to not only create an ongoing pipeline of talent but to fill critical senior appointments as they come up and short notice.
The business has a track record of significant year on year growth with no plans to slow down so new vacancies and replenishment vacancies would occupy a large part of your job here. As well as recruitment delivery, driving the search firms, ensuring excellent external and internal relationships and communications, there are multiple EVP and career projects to support the global head of TA with.You’d also work closely with the CPO to drive forward exec hiring. The TA and HR function isnt’ overly structured so there is still a creative element to this role, building better process, assessment ideas and automations.
The business is highly aspirational and wants to hire someone with a strong academic underpin and experience in search/financial services/ PE/professional service or large prestigious tech. You will also have a solid stable career and have held an exec recruitment delivery position.
