Once the user hits submit, we make POST requests with that data to multiple REST end-points sending the job application back to the Workday tenant. The system will clear out / time out after 60 minutes of inactivity (for records that were not submitted back to Workday).

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician will be involved with support activities related to implementing changes to the process, equipment, and tooling to ensure reliability under the guidance of Manufacturing Engineering team members.
Expectations
To excel in the role, you should:
* Ability to use AutoCAD, Solidworks, and related CAD/CAM software.
* May be required to obtain licenses and certificates related to areas of responsibility.
* Promote LEAN manufacturing principles and usage of its tools.
* Knowledge of state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, tooling, and automated equipment.
* Knowledge of plant rules and procedures, OSHA requirements, and safety regulations compliance.
* A people person that can be hands-on with the assemblers and machinists.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Associates Degree in drafting or 5 years of related experience.
* Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with concentration in metal cutting, assembly, and testing processes.
* Must obtain Six Sigma Yellow belt or pathway to obtain within 1st year in the position.
