A hugely successful and highly regarded manufacturer based near beautiful Richmond, North Yorkshire, has a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics and Customer Services Apprentice.
Your new role:
1. Processing import and export orders
2. Following relevant government export procedures
3. Working with relevant authorities
4. Understanding customs processes
5. working with 3rd party logistics providers
6. Collecting batch specific paperwork for export process
7. Updating stock reconciliations
8. Learn the dispatching process
9. Updating and maintaining data onto a computer system whilst ensuring stock availability and ensuring the correct products are dispatched to customer orders.
10. Good communication with internal and external customers
11. Supporting and helping out in the department
Levels of responsibility:
12. Ability to work independently
13. Ownership of the Log and its Accuracy
14. Coordination of data across the team
