About the Role:
The Accounting Manager is responsible for the production of high standards of departmental work, the role is split between producing high quality clients’ files and managing junior members of the team. This means completing their own workload, allocating and reviewing the work of team members and being a strong role model for the vision, mission, and values of the organisation. The role requires a quality focused individual who is organised and deadline driven.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete accounts files for Limited Companies, Partnerships, and Sole Traders.
* Carry out Payroll.
* Register clients for VAT and MTD.
* Provide an excellent level of service to a small portfolio of Clients which meets and exceeds their expectations.
* Manage an allocated Client portfolio in a manner which ensures that the required standards of compliance and service are achieved and sustained at all levels.
* Build strong relationships with Managers, team members and clients to facilitate the completion of work to deadlines.
* Ensure the correct client documentation is received in a timely and efficient manner to ensure deadlines can be met.
* Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered with a focus on innovation and the future.
Key Requirements:
* ACCA/ ACA or equivalent professional qualification or nearly qualified.
* Experience working within UK practice.
* Demonstrates extensive knowledge and application of current UK accounting standards, tax legislation, technical issues and related matters, and updates team on new developments and standards.
Additional Requirements:
* Good working knowledge of Excel and ability to learn and use bookkeeping packages.
* Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues at all levels.
* A proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, demonstrating strong professionalism, credibility, and confidence.
* A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions.
