We are recruiting IT Support Analyst on an initial 12-month fixed term contract to manage BAU ticket queues through HALO, maintain IT-related hardware and systems, configure laptops and mobile phones, and resolving system or software issues. This role will be mainly office based from our central Glasgow office or other offices as required and will work Monday to Friday, rotating between 08:30 - 16:30 and 09:30 - 17:30. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Experience in second line IT support Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems for routers, switches, servers and UPS equipment and install, configure & support networking devices with specific reference to Cisco hardware. Comfortable using ticket management and service management systems. Experience in a customer facing environment, providing great customer service. Hold a Technology based NVQ, HNC or BTEC qualification or equivalent. What happens next?
