Flutter’s digital HR function and workplace will enable efficient decision-making and automated processes while providing the right structure and tools to manage people and business growth. About the role The Lead Continuous Improvement Manager, HR Operations, will have a meaningful role in collaborating with business and HR leaders to enhance current HR solutions. They will focus on providing an outstanding employee experience, managing requirements and priorities in a high growth environment, and continuously improving the experience based on global HR trends and business goals. The Lead Continuous Improvement Manager is a key collaborator for HR Operations and is responsible for the success across all areas globally including end-to-end process, HR systems and technical functionality, analytics, operating models and user experience. This role is passionate about identifying, facilitating cross-functional agreement on, and coordinating the delivery of the end-to-end solutions across all areas of HR, including Core HR, Absence, Recruitment & Onboarding, Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Learning. Responsibilities Lead the Continuous Improvement team to improve the business and user experience of Flutter global design and working with HR Operations, reporting to the Head of Design and Experience Communicate the vision and benefits of the Flutter global HR ecosystem, including the continued onboarding of Flutter brands, and promote the adoption of the ecosystem for an outstanding user experience Seen as an inspirational leader in mobilising projects, aligning operational delivery with the strategic direction of the HR Operations team and linking team goals to overarching organisational objectives Understand the global Flutter HR strategy to craft an impactful employee experience to meet demands at a global, divisional, and local level Contribute significantly to the design aspects of HR processes, solutions, and operating models in all workstreams, including Workday and other technologies Display unwavering curiosity to comprehend and validate stakeholder motivations through proactive and meaningful interaction, as well as effectively communicating design strategies and advantages Facilitate collaboration and alignment between HR teams, ensuring all perspectives are considered and project goals are achieved Anticipate and assess the impact of potential risks and challenges in design decisions from a global HR and business perspective, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies Stay informed about new HR trends and new technologies, collaborate with the business and HR community to find innovative solutions to business problems, and contribute to improving the HR experience for Flutter in the long term Lead a team of Continuous Improvement Leads to understand and translate business requirements into practical design decisions, acting as a point of escalation and acknowledging achievements Collaborate with the Change Management workstream to determine where their assistance is needed in delivering and promoting the change agenda Key skills Strong experience in an HR business partnering role is desirable. Understanding of global HR principles, including HR technology solutions, with knowledge of best practice and industry trends. Understanding of HR systems and processes, particularly Workday, is desirable. Extensive experience of developing and managing positive relationships in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Able to inspire outstanding trust and credibility with global business and HR leaders. Excellent listening and questioning skills with the ability to truly understand the needs of the business and determine the appropriate solution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and propose effective solutions, with a focus on both technical feasibility and user experience. Strong experience of managing a team in a dynamic global business and through complex transformation projects. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently. Experience of working in a federated organisation. Desire to change the game.
