Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Therapeutic Support Worker role at Bright Life Living in Birmingham. The Senior Therapeutic Support Worker will be responsible for providing high-quality care, promoting independence and freedom, and ensuring the well-being of children and young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Daily tasks include offering technical support, implementing safeguarding measures, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
