Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will support the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Support development of strategies for business growth.
* Weekly reporting on sell-out activity, promotional performance, and deal pipeline.
* Assist in executing business and marketing plans.
* Identify and address training opportunities within customers and sales teams.
* Communicate product information, pricing, and promotions effectively.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Customer focus and initiative.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build structured sales activities and motivate teams.
* Self-management and product knowledge.
* Telephone sales skills.
