Our client is a successful and established business in Huntingdon and they have an urgent requirement for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a temporary part-time basis.
The role will primarily be focused on purchase ledger and duties will include
* Process purchase invoices
* Processing expenses
* Payment runs
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Raising purchase orders
* Managing the AP inbox
* Handling and resolving queries
The successful candidate will have proven accounts payable experience and will be happy to be site-based 3 days a week. The days worked can be flexible within reason.
A good understanding of Excel is important as is familiarity with accounting systems.
This role will start quickly after a brief interview, and will run on an ongoing basis.
