Due to growth,my client is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join the team to assistwith the generation of sales by dealing with existing trade and retailcustomers, new customer enquiries and developing new business.
Jobduties
·Answer incoming telephone calls from ourcustomers with a view to selling them our products and services
·Account Management – Making regular contact withagreed accounts, to build and maintain relationships, increase current orderlevels and introduce new product ranges and services.
·Dealing with online enquiries via web chatsystem
·To make outbound ‘cold’ calls to prospectiveclients on a regular basis, based around companies agreed industry verticalsector targets.
·Part of a team achieving agreed team salestargets
·Process all customers’ requests includingquotes/proformas/orders and product enquiries
·Liaising with the client throughout the orderprocess from placement of order to dispatch
·Attend trade showand fares and be an ambassador for the brand when necessary.
·Provide a high levelof accuracy with all internal paperwork.
·Office Administration duties
·Liaise with Suppliers, negotiating best prices,minimum order quantities and lead times and issue Purchase Orders whereapplicable.
·Always maintaining a high standard of productknowledge.
·Communicate with other departments within thecompany to ensure a smooth order process for the client

·Excellent sales and customer service Skills
·Good understanding on how to make outbound ‘cold’ sales calls
·Good administrator
·Previous sales experience
