We require 4 female support workers to care for young adults with complex health needs. This will be based in a service user's home in the Blackburn area.
Complex Health needs include seizures, dystonia, suction, feeding tube, medication administration.
Full training will be given to meet the needs of the children; this is through classroom-based learning and shadow shifts.
I require 2 drivers and 2 non-drivers for this role.
This is a part time vacancy for 9-22 hours per week average. The rota pattern is below:
Week 1&3
Mon – 5pm till 8pm
Tue – 5pm till 8pm
Sat – 10am till 6pm
Sun – 10am till 6pm
Week 2& 4
Wed – 5pm till 8pm
Thur – 5pm till 8pm
Fri 5pm till 8pm
X2 staff 1 to be a driver
Week 1&3
Wed – 5pm till 8pm
Thur – 5pm till 8pm
Fri - 5pm till 8pm
Week 2&4

We need someone with care experience for this role ideally.
