The role will be a full-time hybrid position, working in Porthcawl, Bridgend, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for someone with drive and passion to grow our brand, be the face of EweMove, and have a good social media presence. Putting the customer at the forefront of everything you do and having knowledge of the local property market is essential.
There is potential for future expansion to grow a team and build on the established business we already have in the area, so the role would suit an experienced sales negotiator or branch manager.

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be friendly, ambitious, outgoing, independent, confident when working alone, and enjoy speaking face to face with clients. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with experience in Estate Agency; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Working independently and alongside the business owners, maximising the business’s income and profitability.
* Generating new and repeat business opportunities by developing and maintaining client relationships and on-the-ground marketing.
* Preparing and delivering appraisal presentations for both sales and lettings.
* Compiling a comprehensive listing for every property in your portfolio, from description to professional photography and floorplans.
* Qualifying potential buyers.
* Taking a positive and motivational approach, and maintaining a culture of highly professional behaviour and excellent customer care.
* Managing your client’s entire sale process from valuation and viewings to price negotiation, completion, and key handover.
* Managing your own schedule.
Unlike other high street agents, we don’t split the job between people: instead, one person manages a client’s journey from start to finish, ensuring we deliver amazing levels of customer service.

* You will be required to register as self-employed.
* Driving license and own car.
