Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team, including managing diaries, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and events.
* Assist in the seamless planning and execution of various HR initiatives and activities.
* Handle a variety of HR cases, including providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
* Take the lead on the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate shortlisting to scheduling interviews and facilitating panel discussions.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are consistently updated.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, offering professional advice on everyday HR matters under the guidance of the Director team.
* Contribute to the successful implementation of key HR projects and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and best HR practices.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, with a solid understanding of HR functions.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or actively working towards it (Desirable)
* Any HR related qualification (Desirable)
* Strong ambition to develop professionally and deepen your expertise in HR.
* Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Capable of juggling multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
