Duties
1. Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing.
2. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
3. Utilise Microsoft Office for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
4. Maintain financial records using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
5. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
6. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
7. Ensure that all office operations comply with company policies and procedures.
8. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
Experience
1. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential.
2. Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
