Starting salary negotiable pending experience.
Performance related bonus scheme providing an uncapped on-target-earnings around £60-70,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager:
1. Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams.
2. Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams.
3. Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded.
4. Maximizing profitability of the Aftersales Department.
