Summary
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment or a background working in an HR, Administration, or Sales environment, preferably within the energy sector.
Responsibilities
1. Source and brief candidates on vacancies.
2. Build relationships with candidates, contractors, and clients.
3. Serve as the go-to recruitment consultant for your candidates and clients.
4. Develop and maintain discipline-specific lists of available candidates.
5. Develop your own network of contractors who recognize and respect your knowledge and client base.
6. Search for CVs across all platforms.
7. Contact candidates to discuss roles.
8. Communicate with clients about current and future vacancy requirements.
9. Engage with candidates and clients through various communication channels.
10. Onboard new contractors.
11. Negotiate rates.
12. Manage the entire recruitment process.
13. Liaise with clients to mobilize contractors efficiently.
14. Engage in business development with existing and new clients.
