Summary: Join our Stores Network as a Customer Consultant, delivering a heartfelt service to customers daily in our Hartlepool store. You will be the face and voice of Virgin Money, having fun while having a crucial role in making customers happier about money.
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping others, both face to face and over the phone. You will be welcoming customers, helping them use digital services, resolving queries, and working with colleagues across our Stores and Digital Experience Centre.
The ideal candidate will have some experience or a passion for wanting to work within a customer service environment, with great communication skills and a natural ability to engage and build rapport with different personalities.
