Are you highly organised? Are you an experienced administrator? Do you have a passion for making a difference? If so, we may have the role for you in our Barnet team.
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator on a part-time (22.5 hours per week) basis to work with our Barnet Supported Internship team.
As an EHCP Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of the EHCP review process for our existing learners and those due to join the programme at the start of the next academic year.
You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure EHCPs are of good quality. You will be responsible for keeping them up to date and completed in a timely manner in line with the SEND Code of Practice. In addition to coordinating EHCPs, the role will involve bringing in referrals to the programme and confirming that all learners accepted onto the programme are suitable, ensuring we support learners to achieve paid work outcomes by the end of the academic year.
This role requires good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet timescales and targets.

Experience of delivering against targets.
