Are you highly organised? Are you an experienced administrator? Do you have a passion for making a difference? If so, we may have the role for you in our Barnet team.
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator on a part-time (22.5 hours per week) basis to work with our Barnet Supported Internship team.
As an EHCP Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of the EHCP review process for our existing learners and those due to join the programme at the start of the next academic year.
You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure EHCPs are of good quality, up to date, and completed in a timely manner in line with the SEND Code of Practice. In addition to coordinating EHCPs, the role will take on responsibility for bringing in referrals to the programme. You will confirm that all learners accepted onto the programme are suitable, ensuring we support learners to achieve paid work outcomes by the end of the academic year.
This role requires good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to keep to timescales and targets.
