What you'll need to succeed
* 2-3 years experience in a global travel coordination role.
* Proven experience managing international business travel across multiple regions and time zones.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously.
* Experience in vendor management and global rate negotiation is highly desirable.
* Ability to travel spend, reconcile costs and report on travel savings.
* Familiarity with corporate travel platforms and booking systems is a bonus.
* Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
