ROLE PURPOSE
Building client relations and developing new business within our clients to achieve the allocated monthly and annual sales target in line with the company's strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Proactively target prospects and existing customers for new business cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
2. Position our clients services and solutions to prospects and customers using a consultative approach.
3. Manage customer accounts giving high levels of customer service.
4. Understand our clients value proposition, how it fits in the market place and communicate it to customers and prospects.
5. Create professional emails with accurate information.
6. Understand the key business objectives of customers and prospects and their future plans.
7. Meet customers face to face strengthening relationships and increasing the size/ amount of sales opportunities.
8. Achieve acceptable sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as specified by the Sales Manager.
9. Achieve sales goals and targets set.
10. Maintain and update accurate data fields and dialogue reports in the CRM database and other sales systems.
11. Produce accurate quotes for customers. Demonstrate correct usage of pricing and discount models at all times.
12. Accurately complete forms and documents to update other individuals and departments within the company.
13. Take training and coaching, passing any given tests and apply knowledge effectively.
14. Follow company policies, standards and requirements.
15. Plan time to be as effective as possible and organise workload.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
1. 3+ years successful experience in a similar role (business to business).
2. GCSE Grade C Math's and English.
3. MS Office Skills.
4. Must have a Driving Licence.

1. Be able to take instruction and work with a degree of initiative and autonomy.
